Jerhett’s an authentic Albertan who’s one of the rare creatures that actually likes waking up early! Jerhett + Cathy = Great idea. You’ll likely find him playing sports, at the gym or with his dog Chavez hiking in Waterton, or growling at geese at Henderson Lake. He’s a Capricorn, a horse on the Chinese Zodiac, a peanut butter addict and he does in fact have the wildest morninghair…except Lady Gaga.

Cathy Martin our morning show co-host and news anchor was born and raised in Lethbridge. She graduated from CCH and Lethbridge College.  She loves spending time with her family, eating, shopping, traveling and cheering on the Detroit Red Wings. Some of her favorite things include Reece's peanut butter cup blizzards, red vine liquorice, strong coffee, Johnny Depp, and ringette. She's not that crazy about coconut, hard candies, tongue piercings and people telling her she can't do something. She has so much fun with Jerhett in the morning she's thinking of working for free…she's just thinking about it!

 Tim is no stranger to danger and to Lethbridge. He was here in his heady "rock jock" days between 1985 to 1989 with more hair and less weight. Tim has always been a fan of this great city and is on record to say that Lethbridge weather is way better than Calgary's.
