Office Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday-Friday. Closed 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm for lunch

You must claim your prize in person and must provide photo ID before prizes may be released.
No prizing will be mailed out.
If you want someone else to pick up your prize, a letter from you and a photocopy of your official ID must be presented to us prior to prize pick-up. The letter must name who will be picking up your prize and include their home telephone number. Please note the prize that you won and the date of winning.
If you win a prize, you can not win again for another 30 days.
Please allow, when possible, 48-hours for processing the prize.
One winner per household according to the above rules.
Please be advised that some prizes have time restrictions (eg. concert tickets or movie passes) and it is the responsibility of the listener to pick up their prize before the expiry date. If you pick up a prize after it has expired, The River is not responsible for replacing it. Prizes without an expiry date will only be held in your
name for 30 days.
Some prizes will not be awarded to winners who are under 18 years of age. In some specific cases, ie. Trip winners, parents or legal guardians will be required in-person to sign a waiver form on the winner's behalf.
All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value. There will be no substitutions.
